As the local 1040 affiliate of the International Association of Fire Fighters (IAFF), the Rapid City Firefighters Union is committed to serving Rapid City and the communities of Pennington County.

We have more than 100 members, with a wide array of experience and expertise. In addition to providing emergency response services, our members offer public education programs designed to promote safety awareness. We are also proud to support area residents by working with local philanthropic organizations.

From the annual MDA Fill the Boot Campaign to station tours and clean-up events, we are dedicated to giving back to the Rapid City community.
